you can have thriving relationships in your personal and professional life

They say we learn best through trial and error; I have been practicing relationships all my life and have made many errors along the way. Tenacity and hope within me created a hunger for knowledge and growth, leading to my journey of completing masters degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Divinity.  Through this path I was able to gather many research based tools for relational success from experts in fields of: psychology, business, philosophy, faith systems, and science. I am passionate about sharing these insights and tools with you!

As a subject matter expert she provides education, consultancy, and therapeutic services relating to: relational communication, meta communication, diversity and inclusion, neurodivergence, cultural humility, trauma informed workplaces, building power teams, and relational growth mindset.

"Meegan has been wonderful to work with as she gets straight to the point, understands the problem and helps you communicate it to the other person. She doesn't "pick sides" and is a very good listener. I've seen other people in the past that "act" like they are listening, but just tell you what you can read yourself on a quote or meme. Meegan actually understands and gives you tools to work on the problem. She also knows that you will make mistakes along the way and doesn't shame you for those, just tells you how you could have handled it, so next time you can utilize those tools."

"Meegan has been one of the best therapists I have ever worked with. She is so insightful and honest while also providing a trauma informed approach. She changed my perspective in so many ways and I’ll always be grateful. I would recommend Meegan as a therapist to anyone looking to heal from damaging relationships and to find themselves outside of codependency and trauma."

"Meegan is going to help make you a better person. Period. To what extent is up to how hard you employ the tools she gives you. She’s a very enjoyable person but she is willing to be blunt when needed. No bull shit with her!"

"Meegan wasn’t the first couples therapist that we’ve been to, but she is absolutely the best! She is trauma and neurodiverse informed. She is so authentic and attuned to our experience. Both my husband and I feel so heard and validated by Meegan in our sessions. Our relationship has deepened and begun to thrive through working with Meegan. We HIGHLY recommend working with Meegan!"

"We came to Meegan after our relationship suffered a massive breach in trust, and a rupture that I wasn't sure was repairable. She helped guide us through the healing work that was needed to allow space for forgiveness and the rebuilding of trust of both one another, and ourselves. She was truly instrumental in our relationship being in tact and us being where we are now. We can't thank her enough for her wisdom, patience, support, encouragement and guidance and I would recommend her a million times to anyone who is in need either individually or within a couple."

"Meegan is a dedicated and personable therapist. She has helped me acquiring the tools to deal with challenging situations and better my everyday mood. I am thankful to have found her!"

"Meegan is AMAZING! I have already referred several of my friends to her. She has a way of saying exactly what I need to hear. I really can’t say enough good things about her. She does swear a bit, but that is one of the things I love about her."
